Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between the operator of DoYouWantDate (the "Service"), Solven Group Kft. (the "Operator"), and users of the Service ("User"). By using the Service, the User agrees to these Terms.
Description of the Service
The Service lets a User create a unique, shareable link where a person of their choosing can decide whether to accept a date invitation. The Service is available in a Free and a Premium plan, with the features described on the site.
Pricing
The Premium plan is a one-time fee per invite, always shown at its current price at the moment of creating the invite. The Operator reserves the right to change prices or any discounts at any time; this does not retroactively affect invites already paid for.
Registration and account
Some features require registration. The User must provide a real email address and is responsible for keeping their account credentials secure. The Operator reserves the right to suspend accounts used abusively.
Payment and billing
The Premium fee is processed through the Stripe payment provider. An invite only becomes Premium and reachable by the invited person after payment is confirmed. Refund requests are handled by the Operator on a case-by-case basis via the contact details below, noting that fulfillment of the Service typically begins immediately upon payment.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Operator is not responsible for the invited person's response, the content of communication between parties, or damages arising from temporary unavailability of the Service.
Account and data deletion
Users may delete their own invites and account at any time via the dashboard, or by request to the Operator's contact details. Deletion permanently removes all related data (responses, payment records).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. The parties will first attempt to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms amicably.
