DoYouWantDate (the "Service") is committed to protecting the data of both its users and the people they invite. This notice summarizes what data we process and why.
What data we process
We process the invite sender's email address and whatever account data is needed to run the Service. For the invited person, we store only the first name provided by the sender — the minimum needed to run the invite. When an invite is answered, the responses (e.g. date type, outfit style, chosen time) are stored linked to that invite.
Why we process this data
We use this data solely to create the invite, render the invite page, record the response, and notify the sender.
How long we keep it
Invites expire after 30 days by default. The sender can delete their invite at any time, which permanently deletes all related data (responses, payment records) as well.
Your rights
Registered senders can request deletion or correction of their data via the dashboard, or using the contact details below. The invited person (her) never registers with the Service — only her first name and her responses are stored, and the sender can delete both at any time.
